Returns & Exchanges

At Ellis Brooklyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on new or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
